Shipping Charges

  • $14.99 Flat rate shipping fee per item, unless specified Free Shipping on particular items.
  • Personalized items usually ships within 2 weeks and arrive within 3 weeks from the ordering date.
  • If you are shipping a gift, please inform the recipient that a package has been sent so that the delivery will not be refused. If a package is returned to us, we will bill the purchaser for all related shipping charges.
  • Sorry, we don't ship outside the contiguous 48 U.S. 
  • Orders submitted with the wrong billing information will need verification and therefore will be delayed and the above shipping policies will not apply. We ask that you please enter your billing address & phone number exactly as stated on your credit card statement so that your order may be processed efficiently. 
  • Please make sure that you give us the correct address information for accurate delivery of your order. If an order is returned by the shipping company due to an incomplete or inaccurate address, the purchaser will be responsible for all related shipping charges. 

Express Services

We understand that you might want your order shipped using a method other than ground delivery. Unfortunately we do NOT offer express shipping because the majority of our items are oversize and the cost for shipping is more than what the actual chair cost.

Credit Card Safety

Little Furniture is hosted by BigCommerce and our shopping cart their data center facilities have been inspected and passed the on-site assessment for PCI DSS compliance and the following scan summary performed by a Visa-approved PCI scanning vendor verifies that the BigCommerce application and hosting environment are PCI compliant.

We will never sell or provide your information to any source unless related to the processing of your order. When you place an order in our system, we will email you a confirmation and upon your products shipping tracking information. 

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with the merchandise you purchase. Please be sure to ask any questions you might have about your order. 

Personalized Items: We only accept returns for items that have been defective, or if the product was damaged by the shipping company. 

Non-personalized Items: In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price of your item. You must e-mail us at help@little-furniture.com to receive authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused for a reason other than damage, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs back to the warehouse, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment. 

Damaged Items

For items damaged during shipping, contact us immediately for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. Little Furniture will assume the return shipping charges for defective products. As with all returns please e-mail us at help@little-furniture.com to receive authorization or simply refuse the shipment if the damage is evident at time of delivery and let us know so we can track the return. 

Related Issues 

As our customers are our priority if we made a mistake we'll fix it. If the problem it's out of our control we'll do our best to get the issue resolved in a timely fashion. 

  • Can I order on the phone?
    We want our customers to be comfortable with their shopping experience. If you do not like placing your order via the Internet, you can call us to place your order. We are open via telephone at 1-619-819-8215 Monday - Friday from 9am - 2pm PST. If you reach our voice mail then our customer service agents are busy helping other customers. Please leave a message and we'll return your call. 
  • Do You Charge Sales Tax?
    Sales tax is only charged to orders that are shipped to California customers. 
  • Something arrived damaged, how do I get a replacement?
    Occasionally parts are damaged in transit or during the manufacturing process. If a product or piece arrives damaged please take a picture of the product and email us the evidence. We will then send you a replacement. 
  • Gift Messages
    We are glad to offer you the possibility to add your own comments to the packing slip. Please write any message on the comment box.
  • Do I have to Assemble the Kids Chairs?
    Most of the chairs that we sell do not need any assembly, but in some case we do remove the legs in order to save on shipping cost on those cases you only need to place the legs on the pre-made holes at the bottom, no tolls needed.
  • How will my order be delivered?
    We ship via USPS ground or FedEx ground.
  • Military Addresses
    For those of you in the military, we want to help out if possible. There is an outside service specifically set up for APO's and FPO's that uses the USPS. Due to size restrictions, not all of the items we sell are eligible. There are additional shipping fees as well, but we'll do our best to keep those to a minimum. Please email us with the item(s) you're interested in and we'll let you know if we can help.

Terms of Sale

We make every attempt to present accurate information on our site and we correct any errors as we identify them. However, due to changes in descriptions, images, availability, and prices - some products are subject to correction or change without notice. You may verify product information by contacting Customer Service at help@little-furniture.com. A binding contract for the sale of the goods concerned does not exist until they are physically shipped and the customer's credit card is debited. If an honest mistake is made on the part of the seller we will contact you and you would not be responsible for keeping the sale in place.
